    Spam Thunder Fang, unless he tries to Hi Jump Kick you, in which case use Protect. If he tries to counter, Protect or Detect use Howl, but switch to Thunder Fang if he tries it two or three times in a row (Except for counter, if he tries it multiple time in a row, just keep on Howling.     I don't think Capone, should've used Hi Jump Kick on Voltari at all, since the only way to default it at Voltari was if Karkat Protected, which he didn't.
